3. Prices & Availability
- Prices are subject to availability and may change without notice until confirmed.
- Exchange rates, taxes, supplier charges and airline surcharges may affect final pricing.
- Quotes are usually time-sensitive; delays may result in price changes.
4. Bookings & Confirmation
- A booking is considered confirmed only after full/partial payment (as applicable) and written confirmation from us.
- Names must match passport/ID exactly. Any name mismatch may cause airline/visa rejection or charges.
- It is your responsibility to review your confirmation and report any issue immediately.
5. Payments
- Payments may be accepted via bank transfer, card, or other available methods.
- Service charges or bank/merchant fees may apply.
- In case of delayed payment, the booking may expire or pricing may change.
6. Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellation/change charges depend on supplier rules (airlines/hotels/visa authorities/tour operators).
- Some bookings are non-refundable or partially refundable.
- Date changes, re-issues, and amendments may incur penalties and fare differences.
7. Refund Policy
- Refund eligibility depends on supplier confirmation and applicable rules.
- Processing time may vary due to banks, payment gateways, airlines, or suppliers.
- Service fees, taxes, and third-party charges may be non-refundable.
- If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method where possible.
8. Visa Terms
- Visa approval/rejection is solely the decision of the embassy/immigration authorities.
- We provide assistance based on documents you submit; incomplete/incorrect documents can cause rejection.
- Visa fees and service charges may be non-refundable even if a visa is refused.
- Processing timelines are estimates and can change without notice.
9. Umrah Terms
- Umrah packages depend on visa issuance, airline availability, and hotel confirmations.
- Hotel check-in/check-out times and room policies are governed by the hotel.
- Any change in Saudi regulations, airline policies, or visa rules may impact services.
- Traveler must follow passport validity and vaccination/health requirements (as applicable).
10. Air Ticket Terms
- Tickets are governed by airline fare rules (cancellation, reissue, no-show, baggage, etc.).
- Some fares are non-changeable and non-refundable.
- Schedule changes/flight disruptions are handled by the airline; we assist where possible.
11. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure passport validity, visa requirements, and travel documents are correct.
- Arrive at airport/check-in on time; missed flights may be non-refundable.
- Respect local laws, immigration requirements, and hotel/tour rules.
- Provide accurate traveler details and confirm itineraries promptly.
12. Liability Disclaimer
Zamzama Travels & Tours acts as an agent for third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport providers, visa authorities). We are not responsible for:
- Supplier failures, cancellations, overbookings, or service quality issues
- Visa refusal, immigration denial, or border entry decisions
- Flight delays, schedule changes, baggage loss, or airline disruptions
- Loss, injury, illness, accident, or theft during travel (where not caused by our direct negligence)
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, changes, or failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, pandemics, or supplier shutdowns.
14. Third-Party Providers
Third-party providers may impose their own terms and conditions. By booking, you agree to comply with those supplier rules (including cancellation and refund rules).
15. Privacy & Data
Your use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy. We may collect traveler information necessary for booking and visa processing.
